How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can update your card, switch plans, download invoices, or cancel any time from the billing portal inside your workspace.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Every workspace starts on Starter. Upgrade from Billing & plan whenever you need more seats or features - your data carries over unchanged.

What happens if I cancel?

Your workspace drops back to the free Starter tier at the end of the billing period. Your records stay intact, and you can export everything as CSVs at any time.
